How does it work, download the BitTorrent Sync software and install it on each computer. The computer you have your files on will be the starting node, add the root directory of the files you want to backup to each computer. On the other computers add the Sync Secret Key from the first computer and create a folder to store the files. Almost edibility the files from the first computer will start copying. The third computer will copy data from the first and second computer simultaneously maximizing transfer speed and so forth. Because each computer helps maximize data transfers, it is a very cost effective and efficient method of backing up unlimited amounts of data across computers in real time.

Below we see a diagram of a sync between two computers and another adding a new computer to the sync.

Notice in the diagram on the right when a new computer (Node C) is added to the sync, Node A and Node B both share the work to copy files to Node C, if we add another computer (Node D) to the sync all Nodes will share the work to copy files to all Nodes. Even if Node C is not complete Node C will copy files that Node D does not have and Node D will copy files to Node C that Node C does not have until all nodes are complete.

Real world benefit example: Node A and Node B both have a slow Internet connect for sending files. However, Node C will receive the files much faster because it will receive data from both Node A and Node B simultaneously.

Sharing Files, to access a sync we only need a sync Secret Key, no technical user names, passwords or IP addresses, just copy the Secret Key.

Full Access and Read Only Keys, Full Access means that files can be changed on a computer with a full access key, the modified file will be synced with all other computers. Read Only means that the computer may only store a copy of the files and can only view them.

Mobile devices can also be used to sync, however, beware of the amount of data to sync as mobile devices have a limited amount of storage.
