Purpose: To easily format and display a date and time.

Description: Date Format is an easy to use function for formatting and displaying the date and time of the current date or a set date from the amount of milliseconds from January 01, 1970. Returns a String.

Date Format is inspired by PHP’s date() function.

Format takes a string and an optional number. If stamp is defined then the date is set the number in milliseconds provided.
