Cardia meets the mansion’s owner Saint-Germain. Fran gives Cardia a medical examination and discovers that Cardia has no heart beat, he hypothesizes that the Horologium maybe her heart and can’t be removed. The party drives to the city. Fran and Impey leave Cardia and Lupin together while they go shopping. Cardia and Lupin walk through the city while talking.

Cardia dreams of one day experiencing the feel of touching other person, soon they are attacked by the Twilight. Chased to the back alleys, a man with two guns appears. He blocks Cardia and Lupin’s path and shoots, the shots were for the Twilights. Fran appears to make their escape with a smoke bomb. The man chases after them on horse back. After a car crash the man introduces himself as “Abraham Van Helsing” and Fran conveniences him to join them.
