A phantom thief has been spotted stealing vampire treasures. The team comes up with a plan to capture Finis by stealing an entire train and Cardia decides to help. Lupin agrees to let Cardia participate, but before that happens Cardia will receive training from the others.
The phantom thief appears at an action and the team springs into action. The thief is a young vampire name Delacroix II, son of the Dracula. Delacroix wishes to takes revenge for the death of his father and restore his house after Finis waged war against the vampires. Van protects Delacroix from gun men and latter meets Delacroix. Van was a good friend to the Dracula’s family, even trained the young Delacroix. However, Van was torn to obey Finis’s orders. Van had regret his decision ever since.
