After the train incident, the gang has been declared criminals in the news. Fran is hunted by the guilt of the use of his invention “Zicterium” which was used to kill Vampires. Fran runs away and Cardia follows him. Fran attempts to confront the Queen Alexandrina Victoria in Beckingham Palace. Fran and Cardia is confronted by the British Army and the Twilights. The reset of the gang meets up with them and Impey takes Fran and Cardia to the palace. Fran threatens the Queen and she agrees to decriminalize the gang.
