The annual airship race “The Black Gathering” contains a prize from Isaac Beckford. Impey builds an airship to enter the mafia alliance sponsored event. First prize is the posthumous writings of Isaac in which the gang believes may provide more clues about Isaac.
At the starting line, Impey meets a strange man named Nemo. Nemo was a former colleague of Fran. The race begins and a bounty to shoot down Impey’s airship is given. The gang fights off the other ships and wins the race.
