Hibiki was a track runner at his previous high school living with his single mother. Hibiki fell to the high coaching pressure and couldn’t keep up with his school life. Hibiki eventually quits the track team to find himself harassed by his coach. The coach conveniences his mother that something is wrong and Hibiki hides in his bed room. Hibiki turns to violent video games to relieve his stress.

One day Hibiki is kidnapped while playing at a Internet Cafe. Hibiki finds himself in a dark underground structure with three other teens. There he is beaten and learns that he has been enrolled into an academy for teens with extreme Internet addiction.

At the academy, Hibiki is confronted by a boy named Shin. Shin offers his help in the form of a deal, Hibiki refuses. Hibiki gets caught in the school’s politics and is determined to become stronger. Hibiki beats anyone that gets in his ways, and works with other students to escape and expose the school to the world.
