Joe has made it to the Megalonia, now it’s time for Gansaku to make good on his deal with crime boss Fujimaki. However, Joe is disgusted when he learns the truth. Gansaku made a deal with Fujimaki to throw the match. Sachio is also disgusted by Gansaku’s deal and runs away. Gansaku finds Sachio, hoping he wont do anything stupid. Sachio wishes for Joe to make it to the Megalonia as his way back to the real world. After Sachio’s father died as a worker for Shirato Group, they became homeless and his mother died of sickness. Sachio was all along and is looking for revenge on Shirate.

Gansaku takes Sachio to Yukiko Shirato’s home, where she is having an out door social. Gansaku hands Sachio a large hunting knife and talks with Sachio. Sachio says “My revenge is going to the top with Joe”. Gansaku talks with Yukiko about his father and what has happened to them. Yukiko agrees to take the boy in.

Yuri has his match with Pepe Iglesias, Yuri wins. Fujumaki talks with Gansaku and is confident that Joe will throw the match as it is his nature. Joe runs into Yuri out side the Megalonia, Joe explains why and the feeling he has while fighting without gear. Yuri respects Joe’s decision to fight without gear.
