Updating and finding new tools for services is time consuming and is very necessary, technology changes fast and software requires updating to keep up with compatibility. Computer technicians may do some software development to simplify tasks, such as automation scripting.
As you can see there are many things a computer technician could be doing right now if things are slow and there is no reason for the technician to be doing nothing. However, if your computer technician has never heard of these things or what documented services are, you may want to recheck their credential to ensure you didn’t hire a fraud.
