Dear visitors,

Purpose: Gets the file size measured in bytes, can get the size of files larger than 2GBs.

Description: Gets the file size of a file located on the server measured in bytes, can get he size of files larger than 2GBs. This function uses both PHP’s file size function and Windows or UNIX command line to determine file size. Returns a number. Returns undefined if not a valid file.

Method:

file_size ( file );
