Learn moreDear visitors,
This blog and the Tigarus.com network will be changing our website software in May (2024). There will be some down time and there will be a change to the webpage addresses.
We will also be removing the Anime blogs. The Rocksmith Songs website will be unavailable of a few weeks or months while I move the database to the new software.
At the moment we are running on Wordpress, the new software is an in-house project which is 57 times faster. It will also provide more freedom for development.
Thank you for understanding.

The Note Player
Originally created in 2021 as a proof of concept, the note player uses oscillation to generate tones. This player plays Mary Had a Little Lamb. The player incorporated a tick system to individually set the volume of each tick. The result was the ability to shape the sound but was primarily to add a fade out effect. Latter it was discovered that the tick system created a cracking sound and was replaced with linear ramps. Other features include blank notes and sustain. The player was given a total recode in 2022.

The color picker widget is a standalone project to be integrated in future design software. The picker is color perfect, and tested against Adobe Flash for accuracy. The picker is fully scripted and does not have any pre-renderings or use any tricks to display the colors. The colors are dynamically generated. The picker features full click or drag controls, HEX, HSL, RGB, and alpha with a color change preview.
Vertical Value Slider
A vertical value slider, features full click or drag controls. API functions to get and set the value. No keyboard or horizontal functionality at this time. Was developed to be integrated with the Chiptune Composer.

This widget has all the basic features of the original, however, it is smarter and more stylish. Features include element converter, options size control, auto align, view port and position aware for auto position and resize into view, sort and sort by. This project has not been finalized yet.
Project forks for sort and element converter have not been merged yet and the API has not been developed. However, most of the project is fully functional.
