2014 Annual Production Report

Important!

Dear visitors,

This blog and the Tigarus.com network will be changing our website software in May (2024). There will be some down time and there will be a change to the webpage addresses.

We will also be removing the Anime blogs. The Rocksmith Songs website will be unavailable of a few weeks or months while I move the database to the new software.

At the moment we are running on Wordpress, the new software is an in-house project which is 57 times faster. It will also provide more freedom for development.

2014 Production Details: Web Development

Completed

[Website] Patcoola’s Blog Redesign

Took much longer than excepted, in the process nine Web Apps was created with an embedded code system, App compiler etc. Lots of graphics and custom coding over the time of about five months.

[Website] Backend Service Website

A backend services website is in development, this site holds and manages the Web Apps and any embedded content in the future. The Web Apps will have an installer/uninstaller, disable/enable and the possibility of digital rights management. This site is developed with modules so additional services like short links and QR Code short links will be managed.

[Website] IT Department Website

This project has evolved and grew into a larger project, now with features like customer management, group accounts, invoices, the possibility of a cloud based records and reports system that exports to PDF documents, availability calendar, asset identification service.

Not Done

[Website] Tigarus first gen release

No plans, this is a very low priority and very low on my list.
