The Smart Java Script library provides useful features to reduce the need for programming your website. In this case study I’ll demonstrate a common issue with the select element for page selection. Many webpages use the select element to provide a list of pages for the article. Selecting and going to the page address is not easy, especially for content creators using a content management system.

Using the select element we have two options to create a link behavior. Option one, we code the behavior into the website’s theme. Option two, we code the behavior into the element has an inline event. Either way this requires a level of coding. Smart allows designs and content creators to us this functionality with no coding at all by adding an attribute to the select element.

January 21, 2016, I launched the new and first Tigarus.com website. The website which was marked as under construction since 2009 has finally been made. Simple and colorful, the website is an overview and informative page of what Tigarus is all about. Interactive media production in the city of Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory of Canada. We’re a small and independent studio.

The site itself is very colorful, warm, and inviting for all ages, yet it still has that striking wow factor upon landing. On a technical note, the simple design of the site features scalable design. The website will scale and fit virtually any screen size automatically.

So what’s next? I still have a few side projects to finish, but ultimately I am going to make a video game.

I have modified the Pin plug-in for the game creation program Construct 2, I call this new behavior plug-in Super Pin.

Super Pin offers new features for controlling the object’s position without having to unpin and re-pin the object to apply changes.

May 1st 2015 the early access launch of my new website for computer services featuring my personal I.T. department. Systems by Tigarus

The site is to help showcase my work and legacy in the future while providing services to the many locals who have requested my services. The site launched with just over 50 pages of business information such as Standards and Practices, Policy, Sample Report Document, Services and Service Details.
