Chise starts to learn more about creating potions and accidentally creates a sleeping potion. Elias suggests finding Chise a familiar. Elias brings Chise to a Church with a large cemetery to investigate a black dog. Alice appears to capture the dog and Chise uses the sleeping potion on Alice. The dog Ulysse tells Chise that she reminds him of his old master Isabel. Elias appears when Chise is suddenly attacked, transforming into a powerful creature enraged.
