Kino encounters a moving country of amazing technology. Kino boards the friendly country and spends her time with their diplomat. Kino enjoys her time on board until she learns of the country’s destructive selfishness. The country leaves a path of destruction everywhere it goes and will not stop even for houses. The country cannot stop for long or the power core could breach. The people of the country had long accepted the destruction and shows no empathy as they politely run over others.
