Shizu and Riku arrive at the “Ship Country,” a massive boat that travels the continents. Shizu is given the option to manage or work with the people and Shizu chooses to work among them. A little named Tifana is assigned to Shizu as his guide. Shizu discovers that the ship is slowly sinking and needs to be repaired. Shizu finds Kino and together they over throw the government. The ship reaches land and no one wishes to leave the ship. Shizu learns a valuable less.
