Sumo wrestling is the topic of the week and a young guest named Aoi gains an interest in Natsume after seeing Natsume Sumo wrestling. Ren becomes jealous of their friendship. Aoi is mistaken for a girl and Natsume is mistaken for a boy. Ren is groped by a customer resulting in the customer’s removal from Konohatei. Aoi is shocked when he discovers Natsume is a girl and just wants to learn how Natsume is so strong. Aoi just really loves Sumo wrestling.
