A Gamilas carrier appears and launches bombers to destroy the old battleship. Susumu and Daisuke watch the Earth fighter attack the bombers and the old battleship comes alive. The battleship destroys the carrier.
At base the troops meet for an announcement. The troops learn about planet Iscandar and the Dimensional Wave Motion Engine. The troops are assigned to the new battleship Yamato. Susumu becomes the ships tactical officer as a replacement to his brother.
The Gemilas target the old battleship with a massive weapon. The bases of Earth routes their power to energize the Yamato for an emergency take off. The old battleship shatters to revival a new space battleship. The Yamato lifts off to fire upon the enemy’s weapon.
