The twelfth Twelve Tournament of the zodiac warriors has began in an empty city. Toshiko Ino the Boar (Pig) walks to the briefing before the tournament officially begins. Toshiko carries twin medium machine guns with the ability to near reload.
Toshiko’s father was the previous tournament winner twelve years ago. Toshiko’s father first chose her younger sister Kiyoko to participate in the tournament angering Toshiko. Toshiko drove her sister into a murderous insanity leading to her own suicide. At the briefing the twelve warriors wait quickly except for Takeyasu Tsumita the Snake who’s died on the floor. Usagi the Rabbit denies killing him even though he is holding the murder weapon.
Duodecuple, the host of the tournament arrives and explains the rules. The warriors shallow their poison jewel and the tournament officially begins. Misaki Yuki the Monkey proposes a plan so no one has to die. The floor breaks and the warriors are separated. Toshiko and Usagi battle with Toshiko being stabbed in the chest.
