The Warrior of the Dragon continues to watch the battle with his dead brother, as he does, he remembers a time when he stood on trail for abusing their Warrior status. The brothers used their power to steel from the rich and give to the poor, however, their deeds have always resulted in violence. One mission had two crime lords unknowingly hiring each brother.
The two brothers attack the crime lords and burn their businesses to the ground. A hospital was also on the list of building to be destroyed where a young boy had his sight restored. The boy survived the fire of the hospital just to lose his older brother and only relative. The twins notice the boy and pays him for his lost.
