Learn moreDear visitors,
This blog and the Tigarus.com network will be changing our website software in May (2024). There will be some down time and there will be a change to the webpage addresses.
We will also be removing the Anime blogs. The Rocksmith Songs website will be unavailable of a few weeks or months while I move the database to the new software.
At the moment we are running on Wordpress, the new software is an in-house project which is 57 times faster. It will also provide more freedom for development.
Thank you for understanding.
Don’t Recommend, I can’t recommend this product. The Transcend JetFlash 500 8GB is another cheap generic product with nothing to offer consumers. Very easy to touch push to slide cap design maybe too sensitive with time but locks into place strongly.
This product has a small blue activity light, if that’s something you’re interested in.
But how does this product perform, this product has an amazing read speed at about 25 Megabytes per second, however, that was the only nice thing about it, the device’s performance is bottle necked by it’s very slow write speed and write performance at about 5 Megabytes per second. At 5 MB/s it would take 27 minutes to write 8 Gigabytes of data to the device.

Excellent read speed, but the write speed is absolutely terrible. Overall the write speed bottlenecks the hole device’s performance.
