2012 Annual Production Report

Important!

Dear visitors,

This blog and the Tigarus.com network will be changing our website software in May (2024). There will be some down time and there will be a change to the webpage addresses.

We will also be removing the Anime blogs. The Rocksmith Songs website will be unavailable of a few weeks or months while I move the database to the new software.

At the moment we are running on Wordpress, the new software is an in-house project which is 57 times faster. It will also provide more freedom for development.

Projects For 2012 Details

Message Passing Encryption (Flash) – Flash AS3 and PHP project for passing messages such as text securely between Flash and a PHP server. Proprietary encryption offering public and private keys.

Working alpha code written in AS3. Project is in limbo as I am dropping support for Flash development in favor for HTML5.

Flash Video Player (Flash) – Flash AS3, originally written in AS2 this project is a complete restart.

Working alpha code for streaming video has been completed with error handling. Project is in limbo to favor HTML5.

Flash Audio Player (Flash) – Flash AS3, originally written in AS2 this project is a complete restart.

Working alpha code for streaming audio has been completed with error handling. Project is in limbo to favor HTML5.

Flash Time-Line Player (Flash) – Flash AS3, originally written in AS2 this project is a complete restart.

No progress has been made, as support for Flash has been dropped to favor HTML5.

Web Apps Pane (JavaScript) – Provides a unique menu to Web Apps, this provides features such as Detach Box and Shade Out. Officially this project is not official, however, the components are in development.

Gigi’s Bad Day! (Animation) – Incomplete animated short from 2011, this project will not be complete in 2012.

Posters (Animation) – Animated short, this production will not be produced in 2012 and is still waiting an official production date.

Simple Video Effects Demos (Videos) – Filming complete, a short film has been recorded and will be cut to add special effects excepted post production in summer of 2013.

Coola Studios Website Demo (Web Design) – Done, but marked as trash. Maybe replaced with a simple landing page.

SWF Copy Protection Beta (Flash) – Ongoing project for many years, this project will never make it to a public release and will remain as alpha code, no further support will be made as support for Flash has been dropped in favor for HTML5.
