Dear visitors,
This blog and the Tigarus.com network will be changing our website software in May (2024). There will be some down time and there will be a change to the webpage addresses.

Project Title: Alpha Numeric Code
Programming Language: Flash Action Script 3.0
Date Completed: 2012/1/11
Purpose: Alphabetical numbering system, excellent for identification codes.
Description: Alphabetical numbering systems are excellent for identification numbers where large numbers are represented as smaller units. (Ex. ZZ = 3906) Each unit has a base of 62 meaning each unit has a possible combination of 62 characters. Because this system is not intended for doing math there is no value of zero. The lowest value is one, this system has been given the limit of 57731386986 which equals ZZZZZZ.
