Dear visitors,

Purpose: Bring Javascript’s charAt() function to PHP with Unicode support.
Description: Returns the character from a give position of a string. Supports Unicode characters.
Method:
charAt ( string_s, position_i )
Example Usage:
$entry = “helōhəlō”;
ECHO charAt ( $entry, 3 );
Returns ō
