Gel Silicone Ankle Skin Moisturizer

Stuff I bought on eBay.
So eBay is the place to go for oddities, if you have an idea someone probably has it. My curiosity this week was for my ankles, when I walk or run for a long period of time, I find that my ankles blister and breaks the skin from excessive rubbing of the shoe.
I seek’d out an ankle protector or sleeve to fix the dilemma and came across this gel moisturizer. The ankle moisturizer is soft, super stretchy and flex fitting for the most extreme movements.
I purchased the moisturizers on eBay from China for about $3 CAD, about two months latter I received the product, it was packaged in a clear plastic and the gel ankle moisturizers was covered with a light packaging powder so the gel material will not stick together.
Once the moisturizers was washed to remove the packaging powder, the gel became sticky but how does the product fair, the ultimate question awaits. The moisturizers was very stretchy and fits my large size 12 feet, I wore the moisturizers under my socks and stood up. The thick flex material throw off my balance as my weight pressed against the gel to the floor, the gel shifts from side to side.
Now for the shoe, at first the added thickness of the gel made putting on my shoes harder but once I loosened my shoelaces the gel fit nicely and was more comfortable without the discomfort of shifting side to side. After a days use, I found it to be very soft and comfortable, my ankle was well protected from blistering. The gel has a single downside besides making it harder to put on my shoes, the gel is a moisturizer and that means it does not breath, long term usage will cause sweating resulting in a lot of washing.
Overall it was a good purchase that I recommend for only $3 CAD. Alternatively an ankle sports protection sleeve or compression sleeve may also do the same while providing more air flow but the materials and sizing will make a perfect purchase difficult to find; the gel moisturizer fits even my large feet and provides excellent comfort in my shoes.
