Description: Easily rotate a Web page element using CSS3. Returns true if successful or false if not successful to rotate the element.
Update 2012/08/15: Now supports MSIE 5.5 and later.
Compatibility: Works with all modern Web browsers.
Special Note: Firefox 3.5+ MSIE 5.5+, Opera 10+, Safari 3.5+
