Purpose: To easily format a number value with leading zeros.
Description: Add leading zeros to a number value. Returns a string.
Compatibility: Works with all Web browsers.
Method:
leadingZeros ( number_i, units_i );
units_i, set the number units to define the number rage for leading zeros, default value 10.
Example Usage:
alert( leadingZeros(1) ); // Returns 01
alert( leadingZeros(1, 1000) ); // Returns 0001
