Purpose: To count the number of times a value occurs in another value. Returns a number.
Description: Counts the number of times a value occurs in a string. Returns a number, or undefined if a functions arrangement is invalid.
Method:
strCount ( needle_s, haystack_s );// Returns a number
Example Usage:
strCount ( “a”, “AAAaA” ); // Returns 1
strCount ( “A”, “AAAaA” ); // Returns 4
