Purpose: To easily round a value to the nearest given number. Returns a number.
Description: Round a number to the nearest given number. Returns a number or NaN (Not a Number) if a function argument is not valid.
Method:
roundTo ( value_i, count_i );// Returns a number
Example Usage:
roundTo ( 123, 5 );// Returns 125
roundTo ( 122, 5 );// Returns 120
roundTo ( 122.5, 5 );// Returns 125
