Purpose: To append a repeated character to the beginning and end of a string.
Description: Dynamically add a repeated character to the beginning and end of a string, choose your beginning character and ending character.
Method:
strPadding ( string_s, strPos_i, fPadChar_s, ePadChar_s, len_i );
Example Usage:
strPadding ( “X”, 5, “O”, “o”, 10 );
Returns OOOOXooooo
