Purpose: To get the actual height of a loaded image measured in pixels.
Description: Get the actual height of a loaded image in a Web page measured in pixels. Returns a number, or returns -1 if the image is not completely loaded. Returns undefined if the targeted image element is not valid.
Method:
imageHeight ( imgObj );
Example Usage:
imageHeight ( “myImg” );
Get the height of an image by ID
imageHeight ( document.getElementById(“myImg”) );
Get the height of an image by document element
imageHeight ( 0 );
Get the height of an image by document element image index number
