Learn moreDear visitors,
This blog and the Tigarus.com network will be changing our website software in May (2024). There will be some down time and there will be a change to the webpage addresses.
We will also be removing the Anime blogs. The Rocksmith Songs website will be unavailable of a few weeks or months while I move the database to the new software.
At the moment we are running on Wordpress, the new software is an in-house project which is 57 times faster. It will also provide more freedom for development.
Thank you for understanding.

Network storage receives upgrade from 5.3TBs to 10.6TBs. The last upgrade was completed in 2018, going from 2.6TBs to 5.3TBs. Hopefully this upgrade will last at least five years.
The joy of a broken refrigerator on Canada Day.
A gopher refused to leave our garage.

I got an awesome deal on Logitech gear and Razer wireless headset.
It was a mess.
When I started my blog in 2009, things was much different. I used a simple and clean WordPress theme I found on the Internet, but it wasn’t very personal. In 2014, I took the time to design my own theme. I didn’t know much about WordPress back then and thus I made a lot of mistakes, but I like to think it worked out in the end. I had a design no one else had with some cool features. Then mobile compliance hit the Internet like a ton of bricks, and very few people knew what to do about it. A new responsive design was needed to fit all display sizes, and so I say goodbye to the old theme.
Progress and plans for the future.
This year was full of disasters.
Upgrade from 2.6TB to 5.3TBs RAID5.
Using the VR Shinecon headset, I managed to use my Nexus 7 second generation tablet (7 inch) for virtual reality (VR). The downsides are having to hold the tablet in place, the motion sensor may be influenced by the headset’s magnet, and the screen is a little bit too large for the headset. The upside is that I can quickly use the touch screen and place it back in place quickly.
VEGA Conflict is a free-to-play (F2P) real time strategy (RTS) massively multiplayer mobile game that has made its way to computers on Steam. VEGA Conflict is what I call an in-between game or endless grind, you play these slow real-time games in-between doing something else. VEGA Conflict like Clash of Clans and many other games of its kind take a long time to build or repair units and structures. We’ll explore how VEGA Conflict stacks up to the many other F2P games.
