Learn moreDear visitors,
This blog and the Tigarus.com network will be changing our website software in May (2024). There will be some down time and there will be a change to the webpage addresses.
We will also be removing the Anime blogs. The Rocksmith Songs website will be unavailable of a few weeks or months while I move the database to the new software.
At the moment we are running on Wordpress, the new software is an in-house project which is 57 times faster. It will also provide more freedom for development.
Thank you for understanding.

New general headline posters have been added for posts such as Blog, Projects, JavaScript, etc. These new posters come in three sizes: full, wide, and thumbnail. The blog search has been updated and given it’s own layout. The new headline photos and post descriptions system have been implemented to the entire blog, including pages, search results, tags, etc. And on going, updating posts with descriptions and new posters will take weeks. All the pages have already been updated and many posts as-well.
Embedded videos now fully supported, and post descriptions added.
Blog update: cookie and privacy consent; I also removed the ads.

It was a mess.
When I started my blog in 2009, things was much different. I used a simple and clean WordPress theme I found on the Internet, but it wasn’t very personal. In 2014, I took the time to design my own theme. I didn’t know much about WordPress back then and thus I made a lot of mistakes, but I like to think it worked out in the end. I had a design no one else had with some cool features. Then mobile compliance hit the Internet like a ton of bricks, and very few people knew what to do about it. A new responsive design was needed to fit all display sizes, and so I say goodbye to the old theme.
Blog news, a new blog design is coming.
Steam links and more added.
Rocksmith Songs jumps ship to its own blog/site today (Feb 15, 2019). The new dedicated search engine allows visitors to easily find and discover music featured with the Rocksmith games. Visitors can search for songs, artists, packs, as well as watch music videos, rifts, and read song lyrics.

Development of the new blog was a huge undertaking. Today Rocksmith has 1350 songs, 526 bands, and 326 packs. Almost 5000 pages was created for the new blog. The original database was almost completely redesigned from a simple list to a full relationship structure, and was given a complete audit. 541 artists have had a poster created for their own artist page. Needless to say, the new site was designed for easy of use. I hope everybody likes it.
Progress and development plans.

The new relationship database came with an audit of artists listed. Officially Rocksmith has 476 artists (bands) in my database, however, an audit expanded the artists, groups, and composers to 490 which was refined to 481.
Development plans.
The blog is now one inch wider, and more.
A little more mobile friendly, and more.
